About the service

Mening Mahallam is a free mobile app for communication between mahalla residents, the chairman and staff. By using the app you agree to the terms below.

Creating an account

To create an account you must provide a real phone number and confirm it through the Telegram bot. Creating an account in someone else's name or with false information is prohibited.

User obligations

• Treat other users with respect.
• Do not post false or misleading requests or announcements.
• Do not disclose another person's private information without permission.
• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.

Content

You are responsible for the content of the requests, announcements, images and messages you post. Mahalla staff and the chairman may remove content they consider to be in violation of these terms.

Changes to the service

The app is still in development (MVP) — features may be added, changed or temporarily unavailable. No guarantee is given regarding service quality.

Limitation of liability

How quickly and how well requests sent through the app are answered depends on the mahalla leadership and is outside the developer's control.
